Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in Randolph/Morris Plains, NJ to provide ABA therapy to a 4‑year‑old in preschool and home settings. The role requires hands-on ABA experience and a commitment to data-driven progress.

You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and work one-on-one with the child to achieve skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress consistently.
• Work 1:1 with clients to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
