Job summary

Achievement-Behavior-Services is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for a 3-year-old male in Mt. Arlington, NJ.

You will work during evenings and weekends as scheduled, under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering treatment plans and collecting session data. Ideal candidates have experience with children, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and document session data.
• Foster communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers to support the client's progress.
