Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in Randolph/Morris Plains, NJ to provide ABA therapy to a 4‑year‑old in preschool and home settings. The role requires hands-on ABA experience and a commitment to data-driven progress.

You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and work one-on-one with the child to achieve skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a team-oriented mindset.

About the Role:

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is looking for a dedicated and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Randolph, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through evidence-based ABA therapy. This is for a 4 year old boy. The schedule takes place in the Pre-School in Morris Plains & home in Randolph.

Schedule: Preschool: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm (Morris Plains location) Home: Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 3:15pm (Randolph location)

MUST HAVE ABA THERAPY EXPERIENCE
