Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based ABA programs: work one-on-one with clients to develop and implement personalized ABA plans, focusing on skill development and functional communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: communicate effectively with BCBA therapists, speech and occupational therapists to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Capture and record data: accurately collect and maintain client data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Provide support and guidance: offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting confidence and independence.
• Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team: participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups.
