Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and reliable transportation (travel required).
• 1+ year experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Collect data and track progress on BSPs and target goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to inform treatment decisions.
• Support families and caregivers with strategy implementation.
