Compass NOVA is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 home and clinic ABA services for youth under 21 with autism or developmental disorders in Virginia. We provide extensive new hire training and ongoing supervision to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and clinic based ABA services for youth under 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Support caregivers through training and guidance.
• Participate in trainings and supervision focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and document sessions.
