Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services’ SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in North Carolina is hiring an ABA Therapist to work in home or community settings. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities, delivering 1:1 therapy.

Under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll track progress, report to your supervisor, and help clients improve communication, self-help and social skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home/community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
