Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, delivers customized behavioral health services in home and community settings.

BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a certified Behavior Technician to implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities, provide 1:1 therapy, and record progress under supervision. The role starts with about 2 hours per week and will grow within 30–60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures and confidentiality.
