Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks dedicated therapists to implement ABA-driven programs for youths in home or community settings. You will deliver 1:1 therapy and support progress toward individualized goals under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, data tracking, and collaborative feedback with supervising clinicians, and requires flexibility with scheduling across multiple Hemet-area sites.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Follow treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information
