Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking qualified therapists to implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. The role includes delivering 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

You will track progress, provide feedback to your supervisor, and help clients develop communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals while upholding company policies

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License; reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
