Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA programs for youth in home and community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, track progress, and maintain confidentiality.

The role involves teaching communication, self-help and social-skills, collecting data, and adapting plans as patients improve. A BCBA-supervised certificate and driver’s license are required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes/community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and protect patient information.
