Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 intervention under BCBA supervision.

As a BT, you will implement plans, collect progress data, and train families, while collaborating with a dedicated team to positively impact lives. Opportunity for flexible hours and career growth is available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification active
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients and families
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children during sessions
• Perform additional tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
