Job summary

Laugh and Learn Therapy LLC in Brighton, MI is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols for children with Autism.

You will collect data, write session notes, and communicate progress to families under BCBA supervision. The role requires completing 40 hours of online RBT training before start, and ongoing certifications as directed by the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; able to pass a background check.
• Must complete 40 hours of online Registered ABA Behavior Technician training before start date.
• Maintains required certifications and trainings such as CPR, CPI, RBT as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using ABA teaching methods.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers as instructed by the BCBA.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist in preparing client materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support Lead ABA Behavior Technician in their absence when required.
• Attend trainings to maintain and update technical knowledge.
