Job summary

Laugh and Learn Therapy LLC in Brighton, MI is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction based on ABA principles for children with Autism. You will collect data, complete session notes, and support the Lead ABA Technician in their absence.

40 hours of online RBT training is required before start, with certificate provided if already certified. Responsibilities include direct client care, data collection and communication with families,

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers as instructed by the BCBA
• Maintain safe handling procedures and client confidentiality
• Assist in preparing client materials and maintaining a clean therapy environment
• Support Lead ABA Behavior Technician in their absence
• Attend trainings to maintain and expand clinical knowledge
