INTERCARE Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. Paid training is provided, and the role offers a $500 sign-on bonus with flexible part-time hours.

You will work 1:1 with children, helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills while traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. A passion for working with children is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma plus at least one college course, enrollment, or degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
  • At least one completed college course
  • Currently enrolled in college
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
