Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience required; paid training provided, with a $500 sign-on bonus.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with afternoon/evening options and travel within a 20–40 mile radius. Intercare provides paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, supervision, and education reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of: at least one completed college course; currently enrolled in college; associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Reliability to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

$500 Sign-On Bonus

$22.00-$26.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:




• At least one completed college course


• Currently enrolled in college


• Associate's or Bachelor's degree




• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance


• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)


• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)


• Bilingual skills are a plus


• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
