Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking individuals to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience needed—paid training provided. Part-time role with a $500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $19.25–$23.00, with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings.

Responsibilities include traveling to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, assisting children with communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required plus one of the listed options.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20-40mi radius).
• Experience with or interest in ABA is welcome; training provided.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
