Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring part-time staff to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training.

Earn $19.25–$23.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and flexible afternoon/evening hours in California. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children, helping develop communication and daily living skills, and traveling to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with one of the following: at least one completed college course; currently enrolled in college; an associate's or bachelor's degree.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
