Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based settings in California. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and pays $22.00-$26.00 per hour for part-time work, with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children, building communication and daily living skills, traveling to client locations, and collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: college coursework completed, currently enrolled in college, or an associate/bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20-40 mile radius).
• Passion for working with children; ABA experience not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements include standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
