Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Corona, CA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve daily living skills. Deliver ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and participate in ongoing training with paid onboarding and potential supervision hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or completed some college coursework.
• Minimum 6 months experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with clients.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist caregiver training as needed.
• Submit timecards and notes on time per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training via overlaps/shadowing.
