Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an ABA Supervisor/BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services for students with autism and behavioral needs. You will develop and oversee behavior support systems, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans.

You will train staff on ABA strategies, monitor data collection and graphing, analyze behavioral data, and consult with contracted school districts.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA in school settings preferred.
• BCBA certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services across SHS and develop behavior support systems.
• Supervise RBTs and train staff on ABA strategies.
• Conduct FBAs and design PBSPs; track and graph behavior data.
• Consult with school districts and maintain student confidentiality.
