Andover Public Schools seeks a BRIDGE Registered Behavior Technician to deliver intensive in-district ABA support under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement evidence-based strategies, support BSPs, and assist with data collection to inform instructional decisions for students with significant behavioral needs.

You will model ABA methodologies for staff, collaborate with special education teams, and participate in meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and formal training in ABA or Behavioral Support Interventions.
• Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician training course and certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA.

Responsabilités

• Understand and apply core ABA principles as directed by the BCBA.
• Model ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, incidental teaching, verbal behavior, social skills).
• Collect and submit data for FBAs and use tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R.
• Track data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets.
• Monitor fidelity of BSPs and provide feedback to staff.
• Train staff in data collection procedures and crisis intervention strategies.
