Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support children through applied behavior analysis in a remote setting. You will engage with kids using play-based, evidence-backed methods to enhance communication and life skills while following clinician-designed plans.

Flexible, rewarding role with continuous coaching and growth opportunities. Training provided; no prior experience is required beyond 6+ months in ABA and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of ABA experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Vaccinations proof required.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment.
