Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build essential communication, social, and life skills through play and proven strategies. You may work at a child’s home, one of our centers, or in the community, with support from clinical leaders and a clear growth path.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training, a flexible, school-aligned schedule, and opportunities to advance as you gain skills and education.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins.
• Thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role with varied daily tasks.
• Undergo training and support provided by the organization.
