Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions occur at homes, centers, or in the community, guided by clinical plans. You’ll thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role with family-centered outcomes.

No prior experience required; we provide training and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Work with children in homes, centers, or community settings.
