Tucci Learning Solutions in Tuolumne, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our ABA team. You will work with a BCBA supervisor delivering therapy to individuals with Autism in home and school settings, focusing on communication, social skills, academics, and daily living.

TUCCi was founded by Vicci Tucci, a pioneering BCBA, who witnessed the maltreatment of patients when growing up across the street from a state hospital in the 1970s. About the position:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will deliver behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism and related developmental needs working in both home and/or school settings. Skills worked on will include: communication, social skills, academics, play development, behavior management and self help skills. • Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
• Drive self to multiple work sites during the work day.

• Commitment to following company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to HIPPA laws as well as the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts/RBTs.

• Must have a desire to work with individuals with Autism or other developmental needs.
• Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients.

• [Minimum] High School diploma and background check
• [Preferred] Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• [Preferred] Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing or willing to complete RBT certification within one year of employment.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Carry out schedule as agreed upon, including good time keeping
• Comply with California Department of Public Health COVID-19 policies.
