Job summary

The-Chimes, Inc. seeks an experienced Behavior Analyst to support students with autism and behavioral challenges in Baltimore, MD.

You will coach teachers, develop individualized behavior plans, and help students succeed in classrooms through ABA-based strategies and data-informed decisions. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, presenting findings to IEP teams, and collaborating with families and schools to implement effective interventions while maintaining privacy and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of crisis management and de-escalation experience.
• Working knowledge of ABA, PBIS, and the IEP process.
• Familiarity with special education regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and analyses for IEP teams.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans in classrooms.
• Coach teachers and staff in behavior management and de-escalation.
• Collect and analyze observation data for instructional modifications.
• Collaborate with families, admins, and providers on IEP meetings.
