Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings using ABA. This role offers paid training and a flexible part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

You will work one-on-one with children, help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. No ABA experience is required to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (plus additional options).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel within 20–40 miles radius.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
