Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible mornings/afternoons/evenings, and meaningful impact helping children with autism using ABA.

You'll work 1:1 with clients, travel to homes and community locations, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress in a supportive environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completed college coursework or currently enrolled in college.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles radius to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
