Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work. You will support children with autism through ABA methods, with paid training provided to get you up to speed.

Part-time role with a flexible schedule, opportunities mornings, afternoons and early evenings. Requirements include a high school diploma and reliable transportation; travel within a 20–40 mile radius. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
