Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will use ABA techniques, with paid training provided, and you can work mornings, afternoons, or early evenings on a flexible schedule.

No ABA experience needed to start; training is paid. This role requires a High School Diploma and willingness to travel locally. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), and paid time for training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
