Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, and you will contribute to meaningful skill development in daily living, communication, and social interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel (20–40 miles radius) and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
