Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings using ABA. No ABA experience needed; paid training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team.

You’ll work 1:1, help develop communication and daily living skills, travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with one of: college coursework completed, currently enrolled in college, or an associate/bachelor's degree.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance; local travel within 20–40 miles.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress; maintain a safe, engaging environment.
