Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in home and clinic-based environments. No ABA experience needed, paid training provided, part-time role with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings available.

You will work 1:1 with children, building communication, social, and daily living skills while traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• At least one completed college course or currently enrolled in college.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support in home and clinic settings.
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local locations within 20–40 mi radius.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
