Job summary

The Accelerated Schools seeks a Behavior Intervention Development (BID) leader to support behavior systems, ABA practices, and post‑secondary transition programming across TAS Network. You will provide professional development, coaching, and ensure IEP behavior requirements are met while building staff capacity to support students with behavioral needs.

The role includes leading BII staff, developing BIPs, and collaborating with site teams to strengthen behavior supports and transition planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or related field.
• BCBA or coursework toward certification is required or preferred.
• CA Clear Credentials in education or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in behavior intervention or SPED support.
• CPI certification required or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Knowledge of IDEA and California special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior systems and ABA implementation across TAS campuses.
• Provide coaching and staff development on behavior intervention strategies.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for fidelity and compliance.
• Conduct observations and FBAs with school teams and psychologists.
• Train BIIs and monitor performance across campuses.
• Collaborate with SPED leads, administrators, and site teams.
