LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Behavior Intervention Implementer (BII) to support students with disabilities by implementing ABA treatment plans, behavior interventions, and classroom support under supervision.

You will execute intervention plans, collect data, assist with personal care, reinforce positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote dignity, independence and safe learning environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 year classroom experience in special education or behavioral aide.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to physically assist students, respond to behaviors promptly, and maintain emotional regulation.
  • Preferred bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish).
