Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with paid RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable. Benefits include flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match up to 3%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor-level studies in psychology/education are a plus.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy, childcare or related field is advantageous.
• Roles may require local travel and licensure-related prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervised sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.
