Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Training to become an RBT is provided, and a clear career path exists toward BCBA goals.

The roles include flexible scheduling, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and mileage reimbursement. Local travel and licensure-related requirements may apply, with benefits for 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
