Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in California. Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship and advancement opportunities.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will receive complimentary RBT training and work under BCBA supervision, with a supportive, growth-focused environment and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
