Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs. Part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and a clear pathway to certification.

We provide complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance for 30+ hours per week, along with retirement options and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
