Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer mentoring, complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours weekly, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match. Travel reimbursement and health benefits are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
