Job summary

Ro Health, LLC seeks a Behavioral Class Aide to support students with behavioral needs in a North East LA area school district. The role involves ABA-based behavioral support for students from pre-K to high school, in 1:1 or classroom settings.

Responsibilities include working with teachers, supporting students to stay on task, and assisting with daily routines. In-person, Mon-Fri schedule, ASAP start in Monrovia area.

Qualifications

• ABA experience is required.
• High school education is required.
• Experience with students with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend classrooms with your student to provide behavioral and educational support.
• Support 1:1 or in general classroom settings as needed by the teacher.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to help students stay on task and work toward behavioral goals.
• Assist with toileting and classroom routines as needed.
