Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of behavior analysis services experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff and programs.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet service requirements including supervision hours.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians; provide training and feedback.
• Develop treatment plans, document progress, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in meetings.
• Assist in program development and leadership activities as needed.
