360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I to mentor Behavior Technicians and oversee clinical staff while managing a small caseload. This leadership track offers growth into program oversight and professional development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field and at least 1 year of ABA experience including direct client care. We provide training and supportive leadership to build skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Strong leadership, growth mindset and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, but we’ll train and support development.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
