Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship in Torrington, CT and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily activities, transportation, and health reminders in a respectful, family-like environment.

Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with opportunities for extra cash through our rewards program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules, holiday pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Experience or willingness to perform caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
