Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers in Danbury, CT and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with weekly pay, plus a caregiver rewards program for referrals and additional incentives. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include providing companionship and daily living support in clients' homes, mobility assistance, and health reminders. Join a compassionate team dedicated to quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from client’s location.
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals) and mobility
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities while maintaining professionalism
• Be a friendly face and steady presence
