Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers in New Haven and surrounding areas to provide in-home support with compassion and reliability. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour, plus rewards and referral incentives. We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

You will assist clients with daily tasks, provide companionship, ensure safety, help with bathing and meals, and arrange transportation. Fluent English is preferred; bilingual options are a plus. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Job Requirements & Preferences:

• We're currently hiring caregivers in New Haven, North Haven, Hamden, West Haven & surrounding areas
• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportation to and from client's location
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
