Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. invites dedicated Caregivers to join our in-home care team in Winsted and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $16.94/hr with opportunities to earn extra cash through the Caregiver Rewards Program.

You’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one care and build trusted relationships with clients in their own homes. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, referral bonuses, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), premium holiday pay, paid time off plus benefits, an employee

Qualifications

• Availability in Winsted and surrounding areas.
• Day shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from client's location.
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals; frequent standing and walking.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines; report safety concerns.
• Respect client preferences and maintain professional communication.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
