Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caring individuals to join our homecare team in Bridgeport and surrounding communities. As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support, companionship, and help with daily activities in clients' homes.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), and a rewards program with extra cash for reliability and great care. This is a rewarding role for compassionate people who value independence and service.

Qualifications

• Availability in Bridgeport, Stratford, Milford and surrounding areas.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English is required.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility tasks.
• Support with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.
• Report concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities and maintain professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
