Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care in Stamford and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily activities, companionship, and safety, while earning a competitive starting wage and access to rewards programs.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, referral bonuses up to $375, and a benefits package. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with holiday pay and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability in Stamford and surrounding areas.
• Reliable transportation to client's location is required.
• Bilingual English.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
